Job Summary
We are looking for a mid-level Infrastructure Analyst to support our business units in Canada. You ll be responsible for managing and troubleshooting server and network infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly, and supporting day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage Windows servers and Microsoft solutions.
Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs.
Monitor and fix network (LAN/WAN/wireless) issues.
Help plan and maintain network infrastructure.
Document server and network setup and standards.
Work with service providers to ensure quality and performance.
Ensure timely patching and system updates.
Respond to service tickets and incidents on time.
Follow processes for change and improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows servers and network systems.
Experience with Cisco/Arista devices and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).
Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls).
Experience with high-availability systems and virtualization.
Good problem-solving, communication, and planning skills.
Must work Canadian business hours (Eastern Standard Time).
