Job Summary

We are looking for a mid-level Infrastructure Analyst to support our business units in Canada. You ll be responsible for managing and troubleshooting server and network infrastructure, ensuring systems run smoothly, and supporting day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage Windows servers and Microsoft solutions.

  • Configure and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs.

  • Monitor and fix network (LAN/WAN/wireless) issues.

  • Help plan and maintain network infrastructure.

  • Document server and network setup and standards.

  • Work with service providers to ensure quality and performance.

  • Ensure timely patching and system updates.

  • Respond to service tickets and incidents on time.

  • Follow processes for change and improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows servers and network systems.

  • Experience with Cisco/Arista devices and routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP).

  • Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls).

  • Experience with high-availability systems and virtualization.

  • Good problem-solving, communication, and planning skills.

  • Must work Canadian business hours (Eastern Standard Time).
