In this role you will collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their laboratory workflows and business needs.
- Collect and interpret user input to support the configuration and personalization of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Develop clear documentation of workflows and user requirements to guide system customization.
- Work independently or with the implementation team to address technical challenges and ensure alignment with functional expectations and design standards.
You will be key player in the implementation on their SaaS LIMS, as an industry leader.

responsibilities:
- Elicit and document detailed business and system requirements in support of laboratory software deployment initiatives.
- Translate client goals into actionable configuration steps using the existing system's framework and features.
- Coordinate closely with designers and technical leads to hand off specifications and oversee their proper implementation.
- Maintain consistent communication with project managers to track timelines, deliverables, risks, and scope modifications.
- Assist clients with the setup and entry of core data necessary for system operation during early implementation stages.
- Serve as a domain expert, providing strategic guidance to tailor the system according to best practices for the client's sector.
- Lead or support requirements-gathering workshops with client stakeholders.
- Draft functional specifications and ensure alignment between design complexity and the project budget/timeline.
- Be a primary point of contact for client communication throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Identify and report potential project scope changes and contribute to formal change request assessments.

qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of client-facing consulting experience.
- 2-3 years of demonstrated ability in business analysis or process optimization, particularly in technical environments.
- Skilled in creating technical and functional documentation with strong organizational discipline.
- Capable of leading structured workshops to gather and clarify requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience collaborating across teams in multiple time zones or international locations is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% to 50% for project engagements.
