Job Details

Role : Sr SAP CPI

Location : Remote

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) interfaces for end-to-end data integration across SAP and external systems.

Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, create mapping documents, and develop scalable integration solutions.

Perform configuration, iFlows development, error handling, API management, and system monitoring in SAP CPI.

Integrate SAP modules such as S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP MDG, SAP IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and third-party applications.

Ensure all integration processes meet Pharma/Life Sciences compliance requirements, including GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, CSV, and audit readiness.

Conduct unit testing, system integration testing, and support UAT for all CPI developments.

Troubleshoot integration issues and provide root-cause analysis across SAP CPI, SAP Cloud Connector, and related systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Regulatory, and IT Security.

Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, test scripts, and validation documentation as required by Pharma standards.

Support change management, releases, and continuous improvement of integration landscapes.

Required Skills & Experience
6+ years of SAP integration experience, with at least 3+ years hands-on with SAP CPI.

Strong expertise in iFlow design, mapping (XML, JSON, XSLT), adapters (SOAP, REST, SFTP, IDoc, OData, JDBC), and API integration.

Experience integrating SAP S/4HANA and cloud applications (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur, IBP, BTP).

Strong understanding of Pharma Life Sciences business processes across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Commercial, or R&D.

Working knowledge of GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, SDLC, CSV, and documentation compliance.

Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Connector, API Management, and BTP services.

Experience with integration monitoring tools and debugging end-to-end transaction flows.

Strong communication skills with ability to interact with business users, functional leads, and technical teams.
