Description:
The Network Engineer will work with external and internal stakeholders across multiple business groups to spur innovation and drive business growth through:
  • Network methodologies and Implementation and configuration of new proposed technologies.
  • Emerging technologies / Network Transformation, SD-WAN, LAN, WAN and Cloud technologies.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in large scale DataCenter environments
  • 5 to 6 years of networking in a data center environment
  • Experience in deploying & maintaining large scale L2 & L3 DataCenter Networks
  • Experience with Cisco and Arista DataCenter equipment
  • Intimate knowledge in the following:
    • Layer1 & 2 Protocols (Spanning-Tree modes and modifications, Trunking, MLAG/VPC)
    • DataCenter Fabric deployment types (FabricPath, VxLAN, EVPN)
    • Interconnecting disperse DataCenter Fabric technologies (VxLAN, EVPN, OTV)
    • Layer3 Routing Protocols and Network Routing techniques (BGP, OSPF, Complex Route policies)
  • Experience with VMWare platforms and Networking (VMotion, HCX, FXRails, VxRails)
  • Experience with Automation Toolsets, Scripting & Config Templating (GitLab, Python, Jinja, Netbox, ServiceNow)
