How You Will Make An Impact

• Deeply understand and map business processes and workflows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Lead discovery and requirement-gathering sessions with key stakeholders across technical and business teams
• Translate complex business needs into clear documentation such as functional specs, user stories, wireframes, and process flows
• Maintain and prioritize product backlogs with Epics, Features, and User Stories to support agile development cycles
• Use statistical methods and operational data to recommend process improvements and increase efficiency
• Partner with QA or testing teams to plan, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and cases
• Provide end-to-end support throughout the project lifecycle-from solution definition to implementation

Are You a Business Analysis Rock Star?

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
• Expertise in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Strong capabilities in business process modeling using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucid, or equivalent
• Proficiency in defining both as-is and to-be process flows and translating them into actionable solutions
• Solid understanding of agile delivery, including backlog creation and maintenance
• Experience in test planning and test case execution
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

• Experience with design thinking or user experience methodologies
• Familiarity with tools supporting agile environments (e.g., Jira, Confluence)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, IT, or a related discipline
