  • Reporting & Communication: Provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders; maintain dashboards and documentation for transparency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance workflow and SLA adherence.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or managed care environments.
  • Strong understanding of SLA frameworks and operational risk.
  • Proven ability to manage complex workstreams and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.

Preferred Attributes:
  • Assertive and proactive leadership style.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience with project tracking tools and reporting platforms.
  • Ideal candidate has experience with MMIS claims.

  • Opportunities to travel through your work (0-10%)
  • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone business hours
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation
  • The deadline to submit applications for this posting is 12/30/2025

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
