RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a remote experienced and proactive Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator to join our client. This is a 24/7 rotational role that includes owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents. This role is slated for 3 months with the possibility of extension/conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administer and maintain Company Sterling B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability
* Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator will design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements
* Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using Company ITXA
* Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments
* Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers
* As a Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator, you will support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation
* Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-10 years of hands-on experience with Company Sterling B2B Integrator
* Experience or foundational knowledge in OpenShift or Kubernetes container orchestration platforms
* Hands-on experience with Helm for managing Kubernetes deployments
* Strong experience with Company ITXA (Transformation Extender Advanced)
* Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong understanding of integration patterns and system configurations
* Willingness and ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift
* Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with cloud networking, hybrid cloud deployments, and storage solutions like Portworx
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles or handling technical escalations in production environments
* Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
