About the Role:
We're seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer for a contingent resource assignment. The ideal candidate will consult on and contribute to moderately complex software engineering initiatives, supporting large-scale planning, and resolving technical challenges. This role involves hands-on development, analysis, and collaboration to create intuitive user interfaces and robust backend solutions using React and MongoDB.

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering or equivalent (education, military, training, consulting). OR
- Proficiency in React, including hooks, context API, and modern component architecture.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB for data storage, retrieval, and schema design.
- Strong skills in UI/UX design principles, usability testing, and wireframing tools.
- Solid understanding of software engineering practices, version control, and agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
