Senior Business Analyst

Requested Qualifications:

1.

10 years of experience working in a Health and Human Services or Child Welfare environment supporting SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system in New York State, local district, or voluntary agency in New York State or another state.

8 years of experience analyzing applications and command of the use of relational databases such as Oracle and SQL and application tools such as COGNOS 11 Analytics.

8 years of experience working directly with users in a human services arena providing training or technical assistance either in a classroom or in a work environment. Experience includes writing documentation and/or desk aids to be used as reference to support users understanding of business operations and/or training delivered.

5 years of experience working with SACWIS / CCWIS related Data Warehouses designing and developing strategies and reports.
