Key Responsibilities
- Manage product backlog and customer tickets
- Build dashboards and optimize workflows on Monday.com
- Collaborate with PMs and TPMs to forecast needs and results
- Assist in setting up a wiki platform
Duration: 3 months (potential for extension or conversion)
Requirements
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience: 2-4 years in business analysis and workflow optimization
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic understanding of project management principles
- Preferred: Startup experience over big tech experience
Technical Skills
- Required: Asana, Jira, Monday.com
- Nice to Have: Confluence, Wiki experience
