We are seeking a Product Analyst to join the PVA Scrum Team in a contingent role. You will contribute to moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and play a key role in strategic planning and implementation. Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Analyst to join the PVA Scrum Team in a contingent role. You will contribute to moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and play a key role in strategic planning and implementation. This role requires a solid understanding of business functions, compliance requirements, and collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult on moderately complex business execution initiatives.
- Review and analyze challenges requiring variable factor evaluation.
- Contribute to issue resolution and meet deliverables by consulting with other team members.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and scrum team members.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent (work/consulting, training, military, or education).
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst or in Product Ownership.
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum processes and experience working in a scrum team.
- Skilled in writing user stories, facilitating discovery sessions, and collaborating with technology teams.
- Experience in backlog refinement and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of building strong customer and/or employee experiences.
- Comfort working with data, insights, and performing database queries.
- Strong engagement and communication with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Chatbots.
- Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
