Job Title: Application Development Project Manager (COTS, Government Programs, Microsoft Project)
Location: Albany, NY (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing 3 5 concurrent application development projects, including both Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) implementations and custom in-house solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end project management, including the creation and management of project budgets, schedules, scope documents, status reports, and communication plans from project initiation through closeout.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining formal project schedules using project tracking tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Proven ability to create and manage detailed project scope and requirements documentation.
- Experience in project quality planning and governance, including quality assurance, end-to-end system testing, quality control, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, metrics reporting, and quality oversight.
- Successful management of multi-phased, high-visibility projects, including executive-level reporting and presentations to senior government stakeholders.
- Experienced in leading and facilitating project management meetings, ensuring clear communication of project deliverables, milestones, risks, and overall status.
