About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Change Management Consultant to lead strategic change initiatives that support the successful deployment and adoption of enterprise software solutions. You will play a vital role in minimizing disruption, accelerating user adoption, and ensuring a smooth transition across client organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management for software deployments and system upgrades
- Conduct impact assessments to evaluate organizational readiness and change risks
- Design and implement change management strategies including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance mitigation plans
- Collaborate with project managers, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to align change efforts with implementation timelines
- Deliver workshops, training programs, and user coaching to facilitate smooth adoption
- Monitor adoption metrics and continuously refine change strategies for optimal impact
- Serve as a strategic advisor on change management tools and best practices
- Document and share lessons learned to drive process improvement and knowledge retention
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in change management, ideally within software or IT transformation contexts
- Proficient in change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to collaborate across diverse functions and leadership levels
- Experience in training development and delivery is a strong plus
- Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred
- Strong multitasking and project management capabilities in dynamic environments
