Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Looking for someone to process expense reports mainly
  • Assist travelers with preparing expense reports in compliance with company guidelines
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines for all expense reports.
  • Monthly reconciliation of the corporate American Express bill with expense reports filed and processed.
  • Take on special projects on an as needed basis.

Skills and Education Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years small office management with some expense processing experience

Skills:

  • Professional demeanor
  • Basic proficiency levels with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently
