Join us as a Principal Software Engineer and lead the charge in delivering innovative technical solutions for Oracle EBS and Cloud/Fusion platforms. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to mentor teams and drive impactful projects in a compassionate and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and support of Oracle EBS and Cloud/Fusion functionalities, ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to define user requirements, system scope, and design documentation.
  • Develop applications and enhancements following predefined processes and methodologies.
  • Provide timely updates and coordinate activities with team members and leadership.
  • Mentor and support team members, offering technical expertise and guidance.
  • Stay updated with technology advancements and provide production system support as needed.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise frameworks, systems integrations, and software development methodologies.
  • Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and Oracle Visual Builder Studio.
  • Proficiency in Agile and object-oriented software development methodologies.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and manage tasks independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with WSO2 and Kintana/HP PPM deployment tools.
  • Familiarity with Oracle EBS applications and Cloud HCM suite of products.
  • Knowledge of automated testing and regression testing.
