Job Description:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
- The CRM & Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for translating business requirements into actionable insights and analytical solutions.
- The role focuses on CRM and commercial data management, data integration, reporting, and business intelligence to support sales, marketing, and commercial strategies.
- The specialist will collaborate across functions to ensure accurate, consistent, and actionable data and provide insights to drive business performance.
- Prepare business and data requirements documentation, capturing objectives, data needs, and process dependencies.
- Map CRM and commercial data flows, integrating Salesforce and other enterprise systems to support business use cases.
- Validate and maintain data quality, consistency, and governance across systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and KPI frameworks to measure adoption, sales impact, and marketing effectiveness.
- Support AI/insight readiness by preparing curated data and business context for GPT-based analysis and future AI applications.
- Produce post-deployment impact reports to evaluate how insights and dashboards drive measurable business performance improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and analytics teams to ensure alignment of CRM, data, and reporting structures.
- Identify process inefficiencies or data gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable business narratives for leaders and operational teams.
- Deep knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and commercial data flows.
- Advanced analytical and data visualization skills, including Power BI, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong experience with data integration, process mapping, and end-to-end business data interpretation.
- Expertise in data quality, governance, and validation processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Databricks, AWS, and AI-enabled tools like ChatGPT.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes, including campaign-to-revenue and customer engagement workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions and translate business needs into actionable analytical solutions.
- Experience in commercial or financial services environments.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven analytics and advanced data platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
