Job Details

About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Management Analyst with extensive experience in process modeling and analysis. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and analyzing process models for our ITAM program. You will leverage your expertise to drive organizational improvements by conducting stakeholder interviews, applying Business Process Management (BPM) techniques, and optimizing business processes using Signavio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed process modeling and analysis for the ITAM (Information Technology Asset Management) program.
  • Conduct interviews with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and insights.
  • Apply BPM techniques and methodologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Design and analyze current "As-Is" process flows to identify and recommend areas for improvement.
  • Develop detailed business process hierarchies, breaking down complex processes into manageable tasks.
  • Utilize Signavio and other BPM tools to model and optimize business processes.
  • Use strong communication skills to interact with clients and manage stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Business Process Modeling and Analysis.
  • Strong proficiency in BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation), process mapping, and process analysis.
  • Extensive experience with Signavio.
  • Proven ability to conduct stakeholder interviews and gather requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for client and stakeholder management.
