Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical–Functional UKG Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in UKG WFM Timekeeping, UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling, and UKG Pro WFM Pro Leave to support an upcoming implementation project. This role will involve providing hands-on configuration support, technical and functional guidance, and best-practice recommendations to ensure a successful UKG WFM deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the implementation of UKG WFM Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, and Pro Leave modules

  • Provide technical and functional expertise throughout the project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, and deployment

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable UKG WFM solutions

  • Configure pay rules, accruals, schedules, calendars, and timekeeping policies in alignment with client needs

  • Support data validation, integrations, and system testing (unit, UAT, and parallel testing)

  • Troubleshoot configuration and functional issues and provide timely resolutions

  • Deliver best-practice recommendations to optimize workforce management processes

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams

  • Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and documentation as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UKG Implementation Consultant with hands-on configuration expertise

  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of UKG WFM Timekeeping

  • Experience with UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduling and UKG Pro WFM Pro Leave

  • Experience with UKG implementations, upgrades, or enhancements

  • Solid understanding of workforce management processes, pay rules, and compliance

  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • UKG certifications in WFM modules

  • Experience with Intergration with Workday

  • Experience working in complex or multi-site environments

  • Prior consulting or client-facing implementation experience
