Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis with a deep understanding of technical systems and processes. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure clear requirements, efficient implementation, and successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Support testing and validation efforts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Analyze existing systems and processes for opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and technical documentation.
- Proven experience in writing functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar.
