Job Description:

Collaborates with Scrum Masters and Product Managers to oversee project progress and ensure timely delivery. They focus on coordinating project efforts, managing risks, and aligning team goals with business objectives. With a strong knowledge of Continuous Delivery and DevOps practices, they help optimize workflows, ensure efficient integration and deployment processes, and drive continuous improvement in team performance. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to maintain clear communication and support the successful execution of Agile projects.

Skills:

Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), Continuous Delivery (CD), and DevOps practices. They are resourceful and proactive, able to anticipate challenges and find solutions quickly. Strong project management, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills are essential. They excel at backlog management, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. Proficiency in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), performance tracking, and a focus on continuous improvement are crucial. Leadership, adaptability, time management, and a solid understanding of quality assurance and client relationship management round out the skill set.

Education:

A bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically required.
