We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer who is also a native or fluent Spanish speaker to join our growing team. This role requires deep expertise in Python, NLP, and modern AI/LLM techniques. You'll work on building, optimizing, and deploying large language model (LLM) pipelines, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, and prompt engineering frameworks.

Job Descrption:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end AI/ML pipelines using Python
• Implement and fine-tune NLP/LLM models for Spanish and multilingual use cases
• Design and deploy RAG architectures using vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone)
• Create and manage APIs for AI/ML model access and interaction
• Conduct prompt engineering and LLM evaluation using tools like LangSmith
• Ensure reliable and secure deployment using libraries like LiteLLM and LLM Guardrails
• Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD, model versioning, and scalable model deployment
• Stay updated with best practices and trends in GenAI and MLOps
• Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with cross-functional teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or fluent Spanish speaker
• 6+ years of overall experience, with 4+ years in AI/ML/NLP
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Proven work in text data analysis, LLMs, and NLP techniques
• Experience building RAG pipelines and using vector databases
• Hands-on with prompt engineering and LLM evaluation
• Familiarity with:
• LangSmith, LiteLLM, LLM Guardrails
• MLOps workflows, CI/CD, and model lifecycle management
• Willingness to learn or basic knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud Platform/Azure)
