For this contractor assignment, as an IT business systems analyst senior in our organization, you'll support various data-focused portfolio projects and translate their business needs into IT requirements. You'll connect with business groups and project partners to understand their needs and communicate their needs to IT. You'll also work with various groups to facilitate stand-ups, team problem-solving and requirement reviews.

salary: $47.14 - 57.14 per hour

responsibilities:
- Be willing to create, present, and maintain visual diagrams for project team members(ex: process flow diagrams).
- Lead Agile ceremonies for the team using scrum and/or kanban methodologies including daily stand-up meetings.
- Lead and participate in monthly and quarterly planning sessions
- Gather, document, create, and refine requirements using story cards and maintain team boards.
qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum 4 years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or systems experience.
-In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher, the completion of a technical training program, and a minimum of 4 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or systems experience.
-In lieu of the above, a high school diploma or GED or higher and a minimum of 6 years related work experience in requirements gathering activities or systems experience.
skills: Required skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model, and analyze requirements
- Proficiency in personal productivity software, as well as visual information management tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams Specialty Boards.
- Proven ability to facilitate, influence, and build consensus amongst individuals with various perspectives and business priorities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to investigate, assess, and recommend solutions to moderately complex situations.
- Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to a variety of audiences.
Preferred skills and experiences:
- Familiar with LEAN Methodologies
