Responsibilities for the Systems Engineer:
- A ct as Third Tier support within the Enterprise Operations group to resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and develop KBAs to help address further cases.
- Collaborate with other System engineers and Solution Architects to design solutions.
- Provide guidance to team members on technical matters.
- Operate as a thought leader for core technical competencies.
Qualifications for the Systems Engineer:
- 6+ years experience with Windows Server, Exchange Server and Active Directory
- On-prem/hybrid experience required
- Strong experience with PKI infrastructure and certificate management required
- Bachelor's degree or 8-10 years experience in the field preferred
Compensation for the Systems Engineer:
- Salary Range: $100,000-120,000 (depending on experience)
- Hybrid work schedule; 2 days a week onsite
