Position : ServiceNow HRSD Certified Consultant (Virtual Agent Expert)
Location: Austin, TX/Sunnyvale, CA (3 days a week onsite on hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Consultant with deep expertise in Virtual Agent best practices. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing HR workflows and automation within the ServiceNow HRSD module, specifically working on the Virtual Agent, ensuring seamless employee experiences.
- Design, develop, and configure the ServiceNow HRSD module, focusing on the Virtual Agent, to enhance self-service capabilities.
- Implement and optimize HR case management and live chat best practices.
- Define and apply best practices for shared service centers within ServiceNow HRSD to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop virtual agent workflows to enhance the Virtual Agent s effectiveness.
- Ensure ServiceNow HRSD implementations align with industry standards and company policies.
- Create documentation for HR teams to optimize system usage.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow HRSD implementation and support.
- Proven expertise in Virtual Agent, including configuring conversation workflows.
- Strong understanding of HR case management, live chat, and service catalog best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD (CIS-HR) preferred.
- Knowledge of AI-driven automation and emerging HR tech trends.
- Familiarity with employee experience best practices and HR process optimization.
