Job Title: Director of Product

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a dynamic DevEx Product Leader (Director of Product) to join their team. This position is initially temporary for 6 months, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance developer experience (DevEx).
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize and execute product features.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and beyond, including post-launch analysis and iteration.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Director of Product or similar role, ideally within the software or technology industry.
- Strong background in DevEx, with a focus on improving developer productivity and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing product strategies that drive business growth.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
