Depot Planning Analyst
Key Role:
Provide logistics and sustainment expertise to develop, manage, and ensure statutory compliance, including Title 10, FAR or DFAR, or international program agreements, for acquisition contracts to help ensure maintenance, repair, overhaul, and upgrade ( MRO & U ) facilities have well-defined sustainment requirements to meet evolving needs and aligned with the PSM sustainment strategy. Plan and facilitate existing quarterly government Depot Activation Working Groups to analyze and advise on Courses of Action ( COAs ) to activate and operate U.S. and partner nation MRO & U facilities that sustain the global F-35 Joint Strike Fighter enterprise. Analyze and advise client on Depot Workload Projections and Depot Capacity Requirements using the Cloud-Based Logistics Enterprise Data Ecosystem to provide the best COAs for Components, Controls, and Accessories capability activation and expansion. Monitor and analyze MRO & U activations and operations to develop solutions to issues affecting activation progression and production efficiency in meeting global materiel demand. Participate in monthly production performance reviews hosted by Program Support Integration and provide insights and recommendations on depot execution efforts derived from analytical tools to help ensure that the overall operation of established facilities will achieve DoD and U.S. government required levels of performance such as Title 10 U.S. Code. Administer technical data activities, including tracking monthly releases of Joint Technical Data (JTD) or Flight Series Data (FSD), building deliveries from ALIS or ODIN, and attending and providing monthly updates for the Product Improvement Working Group ( PIWG ) , Joint Logistics Users Group ( JLUG ) , and quarterly SBCB meetings.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in acquisition, maintenance planning, logistics support, supportability analysis, operational availability analysis, or resource requirements analysis of DoD aviation systems
- Experience in logistic sustainment support and lifecycle support for global military logistics programs
- Experience with Micro sof t Office products, including developing, building, and delivering PowerPoint or PDF slide presentations or performing data analysis with Excel
- Experience performing contract proposal cost or comparative analysis and technical evaluations to determine price reasonableness
- Experience working with contracts program managers to draft, edit, and give input to government contract elements in development, including Procurement Initiation Documents, Proposals, and Statements of Work
- Knowledge of military integrated logistics support and maintenance principles, practices, and processes
- Ability to provide technical program management and individual product support for aircraft systems
- Ability to plan and orchestrate major logistics sustainment programs at the enterprise level
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience navigating and understanding prime contractor proposal documents
- Experience with the F-35 program
- Ability to access and utilize U.S. government contract ing systems such as Standard Procurement System and Procurement Management Tool
- Master's degree
