Job description
Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Director to join Antra, Inc. As a
Business Development and Sales Director, the candidate will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, building, and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving Antra s growth.
The candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to expand our customer
base and achieve sales targets.
As the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end IT Staffing
sales process for new clients.
Responsibilities include:
Identifying prospects using our lead generation tool, social media, personal networking and ongoing
relationships.
Driving the sales process from introductory meetings to business capture, for new clients.
Promoting Antra s Services as a trusted IT Staffing and services partner and expanding our market
share.
Delivering exceptional service and cultivating successful long-term client relationships.
Working with executive team members to improve service delivery and expand our footprint.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a sales or business development environment for IT Staffing and solutions.
Ability to quickly generate leads based on prior network/contacts.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to foster relationships and gain trust of new and existing clients.
Knowledge of lead generation, CRM and ATS productivity tools and software.
Close attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
A hungry, can-do attitude.
Fiercely competitive and performance oriented.
High energy, self-starter who takes initiative.
Prefer candidates who are local to and have market experience in the DMV areas.
Schedule: 100% Onsite
Monday to Friday
Experience:
IT Staffing and solutions: 5 years (Required)
Enterprise sales: 5 years (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
21000 Atlantic Blvd, Unit 300 Sterling, VA 20166: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Work Location: In person.
