Responsibilities:
- Provide staff augmentation resource staffing for the successful implementation of Cisco Finesse and Cisco Unified Intelligence Center (CUIC).
- The project includes deployment, integration, testing, and training activities to ensure a fully functional contact center solution.
- The scope includes the deployment of Cisco Finesse agent desktop and CUIC reporting platform, integration with Cisco Unified Contact Center (UCCX/UCCE), custom report development, and user training.

- CUCM - Cisco Unified Communications Manager
- UCCX / UCCE - Cisco Unified Contact Center Express / Enterprise
- JTAPI - Java Telephony API
- SIP - Session Initiation Protocol
- XMPP - Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol
