Description
We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Event Technology Specialist to support our enterprise event management systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has deep experience with Cvent and Salesforce, and understands the intricacies of backend integrations, APIs, and cross-platform reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Cvent Platform Management: Build and manage event registration sites, email campaigns, and attendee experiences using HTML/CSS within Cvent.
Systems Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Cvent, Salesforce, and other platforms using APIs and middleware tools.
Reporting & Analytics: Create and manage reports across multiple platforms to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Technical Strategy: Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to optimize event tech stack and ensure data integrity across systems.
Project Management: Lead and support event tech projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Backend Expertise: Understand and troubleshoot backend configurations, data flows, and system dependencies.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in event technology or marketing operations
Advanced proficiency in Cvent, including custom coding with HTML/CSS
Experience with Salesforce and CRM integrations
Strong understanding of APIs, data mapping, and automation workflows
Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or native platform reporting)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $65.00/hr.
