The role of ERP System Administrator is to support the organization in the ongoing management and development of the Visual Produce ERP System and Data Warehouse. The role includes first-contact support on issues with the ERP system and managing resolution of these issues with the software vendor. In addition, the role will be responsible for documenting and managing new efficiency development and customization in the program. This role will require intensive onboarding to learn the nuances of the consignment business and the ERP system. Lastly, the ERP System Administrator will manage the building of a Data Warehouse to integrate disparate systems data into one Warehouse to be used for Reporting and Analytics.
In addition to the ongoing management of the ERP system, the role will be crucial in the integration of newly acquired businesses and helping to evaluate the quality of data from the acquired business and integrating it into Visual Produce.

responsibilities:
- First point of contact for ERP break/fix issues from the organization
- Manage to resolution all break/fix issues with Software Vendor
- Primary management of the Software Vendor relationship
- Work with the organization to understand functions in the system that can be improved through new development and customization
- Testing of new development prior to installation
- Full understanding of software table structure and data architecture for reporting and data analysis
- Facilitate the design and development of a Data Warehouse
- Management and Integration of data from acquired businesses into the software program
- Training of new employees on the system

qualifications:
- 5-7 years ERP Consulting Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Fluent in SQL Server databases
- Aptitude for learning quickly and becoming the expert on the system
- Project management experience
