Azure Devops Engineer
East Peoria, Illinois, United States(Onsite)
Job Description:-
- CICD Pipeline Development Design implement and maintain robust Continuous Integration CI and Continuous Deployment CD pipelines using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions enabling efficient automated delivery of applications
- Automation Build deploy and scale infrastructure and application components automatically using tools like Azure Automation ARM Templates Terraform or similar technologies
- Cloud Infrastructure Management Manage and optimize Azure cloud resources including compute networking and storage to ensure reliability scalability and costeffectiveness
- Collaboration Work closely with development QA and operations teams to integrate and automate workflows that support seamless delivery of software products
- Monitoring Performance Tuning Implement monitoring logging and ing strategies for production systems to ensure performance and availability standards are met Use tools like Azure Monitor App Insights and Log Analytics
- Security Best Practices Implement and maintain secure DevOps practices including secure code analysis vulnerability scanning and configuration management in CICD pipelines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple environments Dev Test QA Production
- Implement best practices for continuous integration continuous delivery and automated testing
- Stay current with Azure DevOps trends new tools and evolving best practices
Required Skills Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working as a DevOps Engineer with at least 3 years of experience using Azure DevOps tools and services
- Strong hands on experience in designing building and maintaining automated CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps Git Jenkins or similar tools
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code IaC tools such as ARM templates
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell Python or Bash for automation purposes
- Familiarity with monitoring tools Azure Monitor Application Dynamics Grafana for application performance and infrastructure monitoring
- Experience in cloud security best practices and governance in Azure
- Expertise with Git GitHub or GitLab for managing code repositories and implementing version control in CICD pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills for complex cloud environments and automated systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with cross functional teams
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative agile environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloudnative development practices and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with agile methodologies Scrum
- Knowledge of database management monitoring and scaling in cloud environments
- Azure DevOps certification or equivalent certifications Microsoft Certified Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
