RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Pittsburgh, PA that is looking for an Oracle ERP Analyst to manage and support the daily operations and strategic initiatives involving Oracle Cloud solutions.
Summary:
This role will be responsible for coordinating project activities, contributing to planning and execution, and ensuring thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align deliverables with business objectives, support system enhancements, and facilitate user training. A key part of the role is maintaining the reliability and performance of enterprise applications, including Oracle and its integrated platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Holds a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with at least five years of relevant experience, including one year working with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
* Proven experience supporting project management efforts, with a focus on Oracle Cloud implementations
* Practical knowledge of ERP Cloud security, workflow configuration, and Oracle Cloud Fusion-including system setup, data migration, integrations, and reporting
* Familiarity with tools such as SQL, OTBI, SmartView, and Financial Reporting Studio is advantageous
* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to supporting group objectives
* Skilled in analyzing challenges and making sound decisions to drive progress
* Capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining alignment across scope, resources, and deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
