responsibilities:

Start your day by reviewing and updating service tickets, followed by troubleshooting user issues across desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers. Set up new hires with the right tech tools and ensure smooth offboarding. You'll monitor backups, respond to unusual activity alerts, assist remote users with connectivity, and partner with vendors for onsite equipment fixes. Expect to juggle hands-on tasks, software testing, and asset tracking-all while ensuring top-tier service and system reliability.




qualifications:


  • 2+ years of IT support and service delivery experience
  • Experience with Service Desk software and IT troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Windows, O365, Active Directory, Teams, SharePoint
  • Familiarity with SCCM, SimpleMDM, Sophos, and VPN tools
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Ability to support both hardware and software issues across multiple device types
  • Knowledge of basic networking (WAN, LAN, wireless)
  • Executive presence and ability to interact with all levels of staff
