Job Title: ServiceNow SPM Developer

Location: Houston, TX (Remote)

Job Summary:

  • 8 to 12 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise wide multi tier ServiceNow production environment
  • Hands on experience in implementing SPM and Integrations
  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and modules ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards
  • Implement and manage ServiceNow Service Portfolio Management SPM functionality including the configuration of service portfolios service catalog and service offerings
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and prioritize service offerings ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Manage and optimize service portfolio data ensuring the accurate representation of services across the organization
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the service lifecycle process from ideation to service retirement
  • Client and Server APIs i eGlideDialogWindow GlideForm GlideAggregate GlideRecordetc
  • Good understanding of Business Rules Client Scripts UI PoliciesUI Actions ACLs workflowsimport sets transform maps bi directional integrations via REST SOAPetc
  • Must participate in build activities and conduct peer reviews and technical validation
  • Document technical details and release notes
  • Work on bug fixes and core platform developments
  • Provide software coding and customization including but not limited to data imports integrationscripting third party software integrations and custom application development
  • Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScriptJSON
  • Basic understanding and ability to script automated processes
  • Hands on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like AD, SCCM, Monitoring tools Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, B2B etc
  • Agile 2.0 Good knowledge of Agile and scrum practices

Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator CSA
  • Certified Implementation Specialist CIS Service Portfolio Management SPM preferred
