Proven experience leading testing efforts in on-prem to AWS cloud migrations.
Hands-on involvement in application/data/infrastructure migration testing.

Test Leadership

Experience managing QA teams (onshore/offshore) across multiple phases of a migration project.
Developed and implemented end-to-end test strategies for complex IT transformation programs.

Test Strategy & Planning

Designed test plans covering system integration, functional, performance, and regression testing.
Experience in defining entry/exit criteria, test coverage, and risk-based testing approaches.

AWS Ecosystem Familiarity

Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc., as they relate to test planning and validation.

Automation & Tools

Experience with automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, AWS CodePipeline).
CI/CD testing and integration into DevOps pipelines.

Defect & Test Management Tools

Hands-on with tools like Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, or similar test management platforms.

Stakeholder Communication

Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cloud architects, developers, infrastructure teams, and project managers.
Experience reporting testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior stakeholders.
