Enterprise Level Applications Engineer: !00% remote position
Will be Subject Matter expertise, architecture and application support to all Infrastructure which will include Exchange, SharePoint Zoom and 0365
Support the IT infrastructure owned enterprise platforms, both COTS and SaaS
Manage key enterprise application cloud equipment
Report on enterprise application capacity y collecting, analyzing, prioritizing and formatting information
design consistent secure enterprise application architecture and integrations by working with IT team to establish policies
plan and perform enterprise platform upgrade, and new implementation projects.
provide troubleshooting guidance and training for Tier 2
Provide 24/7 3 IT network support
Skills required:
10 years with application architecture, implementation, and support. 5 years of SharePoint Administration and SharePoint Online
Enterprise Application POC and Implementation
Enterprise Application Integration
Tier 3 Application Support
Healthcare concepts and terminology a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask along with excellent communication skills
