Position Title: Smartsheet Lead
Job Summary: As the Smartsheet Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, optimization, and adoption of Smartsheet within our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, design solutions using Smartsheet, and provide leadership and guidance to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the platform.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Smartsheet across the organization, including project planning, configuration, and customization to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into Smartsheet solutions, including project management, task tracking, and workflow automation.
- Configure Smartsheet workspaces, sheets, templates, and reports to streamline processes and improve efficiency across teams and departments.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Smartsheet functionality, best practices, and tips for maximizing productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Smartsheet-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements, working closely with Smartsheet support and IT teams as needed.
- Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures for Smartsheet usage and administration.
- Stay informed about updates, new features, and best practices in Smartsheet, and make recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
- Monitor and analyze Smartsheet usage and adoption metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Act as a champion for Smartsheet within the organization, promoting its benefits and encouraging adoption among users at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Smartsheet, including configuration, administration, and user support.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, with experience using Smartsheet for project planning and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, analyze data, and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
- Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
- Smartsheet certification or training is a plus.
