Salary: 75000/year - Incentive based

Field Work Details

  • San Bernardino, to Los Angeles, and Orange County.
  • On average 30% of time will be spent in the field at Client sites.
  • Remote for work outside of the field requirements.
  • The initial Onboard Training that will be held in the Glendale Office

Role Summary: We are in search of an experienced, adaptable, and motivated HelpDesk/Field Technician to join our accomplished Technical Services team. Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • A minimum of 2 years working within a VAR (Value-Added Reseller) or MSP (Managed Service Provider), with field experience.
  • Ticketing and RMM system experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability, coupled with exceptional technical and problem- solving skills.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement through self-study and staying up to date with evolving tools and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a team.
  • Passion for and hands-on experience with PC / Server hardware. Including PC Rollout and migrations. Troubleshooting and upgrades.
  • Experience with traditional IT infrastructure including servers, virtualization, common backup practices, Active Directory domains, and network infrastructure (switches/firewalls/Wi-Fi).
  • Proficiency in Office 365 user creation, troubleshooting.
  • Proven track record of thriving in an onsite as well as remote work environment, demonstrating proactive, independent, and responsible work ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot client systems both onsite and remotely.
  • Update documentation.

Certifications:
  • A+/Server+/Network+ preferred, MCP/MCSE certification desirable, HP certification and hardware experience would be a plus but is not required.
