Talent Management Manager

The Talent Management Manager is responsible for developing and implementing global talent solutions that align with organizational goals while fostering strong partnerships with global talent teams, regional business leaders, and HR partners. The Talent Management Manager will leverage data analytics and industry best practices to enhance employee engagement, performance, and development, ensuring Equinix attracts, retains, and develops top talent.

QUALIFICATIONS

7+ years of relevant experience in talent management, talent development, or related HR roles. A focus on performance management is preferred.

Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.

Proven expertise in talent consulting, talent program delivery, and change management in large, complex organizations.

Demonstrated subject matter expertise in developing performance management process and implementing the supporting systems on a global scale.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both regionally and globally.

Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and propose solutions to global talent teams and leadership.

Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

- Don t need experience working on a consulting firm. Need people with experience deploying the program

- Previous titles: Management Development, Leadership Development, Learning Development, Talent Management Development

- 10+ years of experience

- Bonus: Intrepid (learning path platform)
