Job Details

Position: D365 CRM Solution Architect
Work Location: New Jersey
Working Model: Remote with travel ready for any business scenario. The candidate must have to travel for CRPs, UAT, Production Cutover and any business-critical scenario.
JOB DESCRIPTION for MS D365 CRM Solution Architect

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
  • At least 15 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation and support and 3-4 End-to-End D365 CRM Implementation as a Solution Architect
  • Complete understanding of Microsoft ecosystem including Power Platform, PowerApps
  • Ability to architect solution and recommend best products from the MS ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience in Design Solutions that involve Dynamics customization to include server-side code, custom business logic, integration modules, workflow assemblies and plug-ins.
  • Should have strong development skills using JavaScript, Custom workflows, Plug-ins, SDKs and Customizations, C# programming language.
  • Should be able to advise / recommend on the best product / solution based on requirement
  • Ability to lead a group of Functional and Technical consultants to design, development and Implement Solution
  • Experience in following modules is highly desirable. Sales, Service and Marketing Module
  • Functional consulting skills to manage Requirement gathering and detailing, fitment analysis, functional design, Integration functional testing, manage user acceptance testing, Training and hyper care support
  • Exposure to Go-Live issues and fixing are preferred.
  • Working knowledge of D365 interoperability capability with MS Office, MS Office 365, SharePoint, Azure and MS BI Stack and Docusign
  • Strong client interaction skills
  • Working independently and in teams
  • Excellent Analytical and Communication skills
  • Ability and Flexibility to work on Onsite/Nearshore/Offshore models
  • Experience in configuring and deploying business functionality using Microsoft Dynamics on Cloud. Resource should be comfortable designing and deploying solutions.
  • Should be able to do impact analysis and support metrics.
  • Collaborate with Scrum master and team for sprint delivery as per commitment.

Preferred

  • Planning and Prioritization skills
  • At least 10 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
  • At least 10 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
  • Management experience is a plus
