Job Description :

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping end-users achieve seamless technology experiences. This is a 100% onsite contractor role based in Tustin, California.

Technical Skills
Must Have:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong workload prioritization skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory (AD), and Google Workspace (GWS)
  • Excellent end-user communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Jamf (Mac management)
  • SCCM Administration experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, update, optimize, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac workstations using ConfigMgr, Intune, Jamf, and other system management tools.
