Key Responsibilities:
- Configuration and Support: Configure, build, and support the Epic Application application.
- Workflow Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate and improve clinical and administrative workflows within Epic Application.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Address issues and problems related to the system.
- Project Management: May lead projects related to Epic Application implementation and upgrades.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to users on Epic Application.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Epic Application Certification: Must have a current certification.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience with Epic systems.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of application design, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
