Position Summary
We are seeking a Workday Finance Functional Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of the Workday Financial Management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of core finance processes, hands-on Workday configuration experience, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Workday solutions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of experience with Workday Financials in a functional role.
Hands-on experience configuring at least one major Workday Financial module (AP, AR, Banking, Accounting, Expenses, Procurement, Projects, etc.).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and finance operations.
Experience with Workday Business Processes, FDM design, and Accounting Rules.
Excellent communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Workday Financials Certification(s) (e.g., Core Financials, Procurement, Expenses, Projects).
Experience participating in full lifecycle Workday implementations.
Familiarity with integrations (EIB, Studio, Payroll, Banking, etc.).
Understanding of Workday Security and Reporting.
