Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Enterprise SWIFT team. The ideal candidate should possess strong Swift infrastructure, payments and ISO20022 knowledge, be detail-oriented, and be motivated to create innovative products.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and communicate the vision and roadmap for SWIFT products and integration initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory mandates.
  • Project Coordination: Lead SWIFT-related upgrades, migrations, and initiatives across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Product Ownership: Manage and prioritize the product backlog, crafting actionable user stories and technical requirements for development teams.
  • ISO 20022 Migration: Drive the product strategy and execution for ISO 20022-compliant workflows, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to gather requirements, prioritize features, and oversee development and testing.
  • Documentation & Enablement: Develop operational guides and project documentation to support seamless execution and adoption of SWIFT and payment rail projects.
  • System Configuration: Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SWIFT environments including Alliance Access and Alliance Cloud.
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to audit and compliance requirements.
  • Portal Administration: Manage SWIFT RMA and O2M portals.
  • Security & Controls: Apply knowledge of SWIFT CSP controls and security best practices.
  • Agile Execution: Lead product development using Agile Scrum methodology.
  • API & Web Services: Create use cases and test cases, contribute to API documentation including Swagger files.
  • UI UX Engagement: Collaborate with design teams on wireframes and screen development to deliver intuitive user interfaces.
  • Global Teamwork: Work effectively across geographies, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem Solving: Apply analytical thinking and adaptability to resolve challenges and drive product success.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to enhance product capabilities and user experience.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
  • 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 134,800.00 to 195,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
