Job Details
Our client is seeking a talented High-Speed Analog Engineer to join their innovative team building next-generation >100Gbaud integrated circuits for high-performance data center and communication products.
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, layout, and bring-up of ultra-high-speed analog ICs.
- Contribute to all phases of IC development, including validation and characterization.
- Collaborate with verification, CAD, product, and test engineering teams to execute design verification test (DVT) plans.
- Support product performance evaluation and refinement in the lab environment.
- Experience designing high-speed analog ICs using SiGe BiCMOS or CMOS technologies.
- Solid understanding of transmission lines and high-frequency passive structures.
- Strong grasp of device physics and its impact on analog performance.
- Hands-on experience with RF wafer probing and lab evaluation of high-speed ICs.
- Familiarity with VerilogA and scripting (Skill, Python, shell) is an asset.
- Effective communicator and strong team player.
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- MS with 3+ years of experience
- PhD in a related field (experience level flexible)
