Job Details

Position : Salesforce Solutions Architect

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Architect and design scalable, high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform that align with industry best practices and standards.

Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance to development teams throughout the implementation process.

Define data models, system architectures, and integration strategies to support complex business processes and workflows.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other enterprise systems and applications.

Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features, products, and technologies to enhance the platform's capabilities and drive innovation.

Conduct code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and scalability of Salesforce solutions.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines.

Mentor and coach junior team members on Salesforce development best practices, methodologies, and tools.

Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and industry trends to continuously improve our Salesforce solutions and practices.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect preferred.

Proven experience architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and data migrations.

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce DX, CI/CD practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git) preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
