Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Analyst / Specialist to support one of our manufacturing clients This role will focus on the strategic and functional administration.
The ideal candidate will engage with global business units to gather requirements, design role-based access structures, and lead initiatives for compliant and secure user access across the Client ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:Business Engagement & Role DesignPartner with global business stakeholders to understand client business processes and access needs.
Lead discovery sessions to analyze current access models and identify improvements.
Design and document standardized user roles/templates based on job functions.
Define and manage user roles, permissions, and application/data access
Administer user provisioning and de-provisioning workflows in alignment with compliance and security policies.
Implement and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies based on business functions.
Design and monitor SoD controls to ensure separation of critical duties and minimize risk.
Work with audit and compliance teams to resolve access conflicts and ensure regulatory adherence.
Configure and manage object-level security including applications, reports, and transactions.
Conduct security audits, access reviews, and identify anomalies or policy violations.
Support development of the overall client security strategy.
Apply IAM best practices to streamline user authentication and authorization processes.
Ensure adherence to corporate IT security policies and compliance standards (e.g., SOX, SOC, GDPR).
5+ years of JD Edwards security administration experience (EnterpriseOne and World both required).
Strong understanding of client business process security modeling.
Demonstrated experience in RBAC, IAM, and SoD frameworks.
Proven success gathering business requirements and translating them into technical security solutions.
Experience conducting security audits and access risk assessments.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOX, SOC, or GDPR.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with other ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Cloud.
Background in global, multi-site enterprise environments.
Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
