Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and configure Reltio MDM solutions, including data models, match & merge rules, and survivorship strategies.

  • Develop Reltio workflows, data validations, and custom logic to meet business requirements.

  • Integrate Reltio with enterprise applications and data sources using APIs, REST, and ETL tools.

  • Manage data onboarding, cleansing, and enrichment processes within the Reltio platform.

  • Work closely with business and technical teams to understand data governance and data quality needs.

  • Configure and maintain crosswalks, hierarchies, and relationships in Reltio to ensure accurate entity resolution.

  • Support data migration, version upgrades, and performance tuning activities.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, data mappings, and integration guides.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Reltio environments in collaboration with Reltio support and internal teams.

  • Stay updated with Reltio platform enhancements, best practices, and MDM industry trends to continuously improve solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 5 10 years of total experience in data management, with 3+ years of hands-on Reltio development experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Reltio Data Model, LCA (Logical Configuration Application), and Reltio APIs.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), RESTful services, and ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
