Description:

project manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the completion of a specific project within defined scope, budget, and timeline constraints. They act as the central figure, ensuring project goals are met and stakeholders are satisfied. Their key responsibilities include planning, resource allocation, team leadership, risk management, and communication.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

 

Planning:

Defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.

 

Resource Allocation:
