Job Description:
- Experience developing PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training courses. Candidate should be prepared to discuss specific module training development.
- Experience delivering PeopleSoft Human Capital Management training. Candidate should be prepared to discuss specific modules trained.
- Experience creating instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids) related to PeopleSoft Human Capital Management specific modules. Candidate should be prepared to discuss which modules they have cr
- Experience organizing curriculum that breaks a complex subject into blocks or units of instruction. Courses may be instructor based, computer-based, simulator based,
- Skill in the development and maintenance of classroom techniques that reflect professionalism and good discipline and using teaching techniques and scenarios to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas.
- Experience with creating Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) training materials for customers requiring special assistance to obtain required or requested information.
